1. General

1.1 These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Twenty One Again website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms along with our Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

1.2 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from our Site.

2. Product Description and Availability

2.1 Every effort has been made to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, however, errors may occur. If such an error affects your order, we will rectify it as soon as possible.

2.2 All products are subject to availability, and we may withdraw products at any time, including after you have placed your order. If we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or replacement.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payment for all products must be made at the time of order. We accept various forms of payment as specified on the website.

4. Prescription Medication and Consultation Requirement

4.1 Certain products, particularly prescription medications, require a consultation with a healthcare professional prior to dispatch.

4.2 If the consultation determines that the prescribed medication is not suitable, the order will be cancelled, and the amount paid will be refunded as a credit or voucher. This credit or voucher can be used for other products, treatments, or services offered by Twenty One Again.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified during the order process. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable.

5.2 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

6. Cancellation and Returns

6.1 Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you order from us.

6.2 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (by email).

6.3 If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

6.4 You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

6.5 You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

6.6 The goods must be unopened, sealed, and in the original packaging. The refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the goods.

7. Refunds

7.1 Refunds will be processed without undue delay, and in any event, not later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

7.2 Refunds will generally be made using the same method you used to make the payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.

8.2 We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us.

9. Hair Transplant Referral Services

9.1 Referral Process: Twenty One Again offers referral services to external hair transplant clinics ("Partner Clinics") for customers seeking hair transplant procedures. By opting for this service, you agree to be referred to one of our Partner Clinics that has been vetted and approved by Twenty One Again based on their quality of service and customer satisfaction.

9.2 Consultation Requirement: Prior to the referral, you are required to undergo a preliminary assessment with a Twenty One Again consultant to determine your suitability for a hair transplant. This assessment may be conducted online or in-person as part of your initial consultation.

9.3 No Obligation: The referral to a Partner Clinic does not obligate you to proceed with the hair transplant procedure. The decision to proceed with any treatment is yours, and you should consider the advice of the hair transplant specialist at the Partner Clinic.

9.4 Partner Clinic Services: Once referred, all medical services, including consultations, treatments, and follow-up care, will be conducted by the Partner Clinic. Twenty One Again is not responsible for the medical services provided by the Partner Clinic.

9.5 Financial Arrangements: Details of the cost of the hair transplant procedure will be provided by the Partner Clinic. Twenty One Again is not involved in the financial transactions between you and the Partner Clinic. Payment terms and conditions will be governed by the agreement between you and the Partner Clinic.

9.6 Limitation of Liability: Twenty One Again does not accept liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred as a result of services provided by the Partner Clinic. Any claims or concerns regarding the procedure should be addressed directly with the Partner Clinic.

9.7 Disclosure of Information: By agreeing to a referral, you authorize Twenty One Again to share relevant personal and health information with the Partner Clinic to facilitate your consultation and potential treatment. All information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Blood Tests

10.1 Order and Payment: Blood tests are available for purchase on our Site. Payment must be made at the time of order. Blood test kits will be sent to the address provided during checkout.

10.2 Non-Refundable: Blood tests are non-refundable once the blood test kit has been sent back to our lab for testing. Once the blood test kit has been dispatched, if the blood test kit has not been sent back to our lab, we will only provide a partial refund consisting of the cost of the blood test kit and shipping cost paid to send the blood test kit to you.

10.3 Return of Samples: You must follow the instructions included with the blood test kit for collecting and returning the sample within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the inability to process the test, and no refund will be issued.

10.4 Test Results: Results will be communicated to you through your Twenty One Again account. Twenty One Again is not responsible for the consequences of any actions taken based on the test results.

10.5 Nurse Appointments: Where we have offered a service for blood to be drawn by a nurse at your home, if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled nurse appointment, the cost of the nurse visit will be non-refundable. Additionally, where the nurse has attended your home and has been unable to draw blood for the purpose of testing by our labs, no refund shall be offered.

11. Clinician Consultations

11.1 Booking and Cancellation: Consultations can be booked through our Site and App. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.

11.2 Service Delivery: Consultations are delivered via our secure online platform. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations.

11.3 Follow-up: Any recommendations made during consultations are contingent upon your adherence to the advised plan. Twenty One Again is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your failure to follow the guidance provided.

12. Hair Care Products

12.1 Subscription Options: We offer hair care products, specifically hair regrowth lotions, through subscription plans available on a monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months basis.

12.2 Delivery of Products: When you subscribe, we deliver the entire supply for the subscription period at once. For example:

  • For a monthly subscription, we ship a one-month supply of lotions and syringe each month.
  • For a 3-month subscription, we ship a 3-month supply of lotions and syringes every 3 months.
  • For a 6-month subscription, we ship a 6-month supply of lotions and syringes every 6 months.

12.3 Included Items: Along with the lotions, we include a syringe(s) to assist with the application of the lotion and an instruction manual to guide you through the proper use of the product.

12.4 Changes to Subscription: You can modify or cancel your subscription plan at any time through your account on our website, provided changes are made before the next scheduled shipment.

12.5 Refunds and Returns: Due to the nature of the products, returns and refunds are only accepted under certain conditions as specified in the relevant sections of these Terms of Sale. Hair care products can be returned if they are unopened and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Products that are opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

12.2 Allergic Reactions: In cases of severe allergic reactions, unused portions of the product can be returned for a refund. Documentation from a medical professional may be required to process such refunds.

13. Men's Health Products

13.1 Purchase Requirements: Products specific to men’s health require an initial consultation before purchase to ensure suitability. This may include an assessment by one of our clinicians.

13.2 No Returns on Medications: Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispatched due to regulatory restrictions.

13.3 Liability: Twenty One Again is not liable for side effects or complications resulting from the proper use of prescribed medication as long as all guidelines provided by the clinician have been followed.

14. Vitamins and Supplements

14.1 Refunds: Unopened, unfaulty and undamaged vitamins and supplements can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened products are not refundable. For any damaged or faulty products, we will offer a refund subject to paying return shipping costs.

14.1.1 Non-Delivery: Where the product is returned to us by the courier, we will arrange for the product to re-delivered subject to you paying the additional postage cost. Where you do not pay the additional postage cost, we will be entitled to hold your product until postage costs are paid to us.

14.2 Disclaimer: While vitamins and supplements can support health, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen.

15. External Referral Services

15.1 Third-Party Services: For services that require external partners, such as specialized testing or treatments not provided directly by Twenty One Again, referrals will be made to trusted partners.

15.2 Partner Liability: Twenty One Again is not responsible for any acts, omissions, or errors of external partners. Complaints or claims related to services rendered by external partners should be directed to the partner providing the service.
